Information we collect

We collect the contact and project information you submit. For Website Audit orders this includes the website address, email, business context, concerns and optional competitor addresses. Stripe processes payment details; UXUI stores transaction references but does not receive full card details.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, process orders, review submitted public websites, prepare and deliver work, provide support and prevent misuse.

Website evidence

Website Audits may store screenshots, public page metadata, technical measurements and reviewer notes. Do not submit credentials, private staging links or confidential data in an order form.

Service providers and retention

UXUI uses service providers for hosting, databases, file storage, email and payments. Records are retained as reasonably needed to deliver services, support customers, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
