Refund policy

Before work begins

Contact UXUI promptly if an order was placed by mistake. If review work has not started, UXUI will normally cancel and refund the order to the original payment method.

After work begins

Once evidence collection or professional review has started, time has been committed to a personalized service. Refunds may then be limited or unavailable except where required by law or where UXUI cannot provide the purchased service.

Unavailable websites

If the submitted website cannot be accessed because of prolonged downtime, authentication or blocking, UXUI will ask for an accessible alternative. If none is available, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Email hello@uxui.ee and include the checkout email and audited domain.
